What does pre-order mean?
Pre-order means your candle is made after you place your order. This allows us to create fresh, small-batch candles with care.
Are your candles handmade?
Yes! Every Airhug candle is hand-poured in small batches using premium wax blends and thoughtfully selected fragrance oils. Each candle is made with care, so slight variations are part of what makes them special. Your candles will always be one of a kind!
What wax do you use?
We use high-quality wax blends of soy and gel wax designed for a beautiful aesthetic, even burn, and strong scent throw. Specific wax types may vary by design or collection.

Can pre-orders sell out?
Yes. We set limited quantities for each scent so we can fulfill every order with quality and intention.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
How much is shipping?
We currently offer flat-rate shipping of $9.95 within the United States.
Shipping rates are subject to change and may be adjusted as we grow or during special launches.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed on pre-order will begin production upon last day of pre-order period. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 7 business days. After your order ships, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days within the United States, depending on your location. With the first pre-order, we expect to ship by 1/29.
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
What are the care and safety instructions for my candles?
- Trim the wick to ¼ inch before every burn.
- Let the wax melt edge to edge on the first burn (about 2–3 hours) to prevent tunneling.
- Burn for 2–4 hours at a time and never longer than 4 hours.
- Place on a flat, heat-safe surface away from drafts and flammable items.
- Never leave a burning candle unattended.
- Stop burning when about 1/2 inch of wax remains.
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
All decorative elements are made of wax and designed to melt safely. Proper care helps your candle burn cleaner, smell better, and last longer.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us at info@airhugstudio.com. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
