No Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final and items cannot be returned for refund.

Refunds for Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@airhugstudio.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will review your claim and, at our discretion, may issue a full refund for verified damaged or defective items. You are not required to return the damaged item.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us at info@airhugstudio.com. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
